Are you part of an organization or professional group that is exposed to trauma or chronic stress?
Doing this work can take its toll, and you may find that it’s hard to escape the reminders of images, words, and experiences that arise on the job.
Often professional cultures encourage us to “power through,” but the science tells us that vicarious trauma is real, and we can’t be effective in our work if we’re not doing well ourselves.
What’s the next step?
We’ll begin with a free consultation call where I’ll learn more about the needs of your organization and your goals for the workshop.
Then I’ll draw up a proposal or scope of work for you, and we’ll move forward if you’re interested. I look forward to supporting you and thank you for all of the work that you do.
